The bombilla is a special straw with a filter at the end that makes it easy to suck up the mate drink.
To enjoy yerba mate, you need three essentials: mate, a calabash and a bombilla.
1- Prepare the hot water, not boiling, ideally between 70° and 80°.
2- Pour the mate into the calabash up to ¾ of the way through and shake it, plugging the container with your hand
3- Place the bombilla in the empty space of the slanted calabash
4- Add the hot water in the hollow where the bombilla is.
5- Let the water brew for a few seconds and taste
6- Once the beverage is finished, it can be re-infused several times
