Seven spices, also known as Aleppo pepper or Lebanese pepper, is a slightly spicy and very fragrant blend that is mainly used with meat and poultry. It is used as a marinade as well as a finishing touch. It is composed of black pepper as well as aromatic spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, a hint of ginger and other spices.
